Conditions of Enrolment
This form sets out the terms and conditions of the student’s enrolment
in the Greenvale Guitar School program and the use of the Greenvale Guitar School teaching materials (together referred to as theGreenvale Guitar School Program). By signing this document, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Greenvale Guitar School Locations
The Greenvale Guitar School that you are attending is operated by Greenvale Guitar School Pty LTD. If you have any concerns or complaints about the services provided by the franchisee, please direct these to the operator of the Greenvale Guitar School in the first instance, or call 0450 958 422 to contact Greenvale Guitar School directly.

The lesson materials are designed by Greenvale Guitar School to enable each student to develop skill on a selected musical instrument and musicianship skills. Greenvale Guitar School and the Franchisee provide the lessons on the understanding that you are aware of the work to be done at home that is required from the lessons and that you will do your best to do the suggested work or if for a child, you will help your child to do the work and ensure that all suggested work is done. Lessons are planned on the understanding that attendance is regular and punctual.

The Greenvale Guitar School Program is designed to assist in developing the student’s ability. Greenvale Guitar School does not however, represent or warrant the success of the student’s progress while being enrolled or using the Greenvale Guitar School Program. Each student responds differently to the Greenvale Guitar School Program and you agree and acknowledge that the student’s ability may not improve or may not improve in the manner that you anticipate. You agree to release Greenvale Guitar School from all liability (including liability for negligence) for any loss or damages (including direct, indirect, special or consequential loss) arising out of or connected with the student’s enrolment and use of the Greenvale Guitar School Program.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you arising under or in connection with the provision of the tuition services detailed in this enrolment form, are limited to supply of the tuition services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Intellectual Property
The owner of the intellectual property in the Greenvale Guitar School Program is Greenvale Guitar School Pty Ltd. You agree that you will not infringe Greenvale Guitar School intellectual property (including its trademarks and copyright) in the Greenvale Guitar School Program and will not reproduce, modify, copy, adapt, sell, publish, distribute or communicate any part of the Greenvale Guitar School Program or any information contained in it or otherwise use it in
a way which will infringe Greenvale Guitar School’s intellectual property or other
property rights, except as permitted by statute. We may terminate these terms and conditions, and the provision of the tuition services, immediately if we become aware that you have breached this condition.

Photo and Video Authority
By signing this authority you agree to allow Greenvale Guitar School to take and use photos and /or videos and other recordings of students during lessons, performances or other events for marketing and training purposes without laying claims to royalties or rights.
Written reports
Written reports and statutory declarations (regarding student
attendance, performance, level) are available upon request. When requesting a report, please provide us with information on the purpose of the report, the intended recipient and the date required and give 7 + days notice: Cost $40

The fees payable for Greenvale Guitar School courses are detailed on this form. The fees are payable directly to Greenvale Guitar School irrespective of whether you attend all of the lessons or not. Fees are paid on a weekly basis for weekly lessons or on account for corporate customers. Fees may be subject to change upon 30 days notice.

Accounts in arrears
If an account is in arrears, a late fee may be added and lessons may be suspended until the account is brought back up to date.

Payment methods accepted
Our preferred payment methods are direct debit from either credit card (M/C & Visa) or bank account. If a credit card or direct debit payment is unable to be processed, 2 further attempts will be automatically tried over the following 4 work days and you will be emailed regarding this. Please note your account may be charged with any costs associated with dishonoured payments.


Paid weekly by direct debit from card or bank account
No Lessons on public holidays (can be booked as extra at student’s request and agreement of teacher)

Cancellations by Teachers

If a teacher is unavailable for a lesson, either a replacement teacher will be sourced so the usual lesson can go ahead, or the lesson will deferred and rescheduled during the same term.

Public and School Holidays

No Lessons are given on Public Holidays except by special arrangement. Lessons are not therefore charged for during public holidays


Students arriving late for lessons will not have their time extended as this adversely affects other students

Payment of Tuition

Payments are made Weekly by direct debit from a card or bank account via a secure payment system (see payment page). Books or equipment will be invoiced separately when required and will be paid via the direct debit system for students.

Please note that tuition fees are non-refundable and late fee may apply for out standing payments.

Greenvale Guitar School will only provide a refund if requested in writing to the relevant school at its discretion and for exceptional circumstances only.

Receipts are issued via email upon confirmation of payment.


We may amend these terms and conditions at any time upon 30 days’ prior notice to you. You may terminate these terms and conditions if you are not satisfied with the changes to the terms and conditions following the amendment.
